True Quality Assessment can only be achieved by objective, external audits by experts in all the intricacies of laboratory activities. All the licenses and certifications held by RDL are a result of in-depth, on-site audits by the accrediting organization with appropriate corrective and preventive actions performed by RDL in response to these inspections.
